What the hell do I get, get for waiting and believing in Something I may never have, in this life, there’s no time For wrongs to become right My voice shakes like A silky web of raindrops under Vacant starless nights Why do I feel like this in my head? All this dread, where is it coming from? Most people I’ll just never get, in this life there isn’t time For wrongs to become right My voice shakes like A silky web of raindrops under Vacant starless nights So I’ll sing to you again, reaching out, hoping to wander in Into your desperate dreams, maybe there just isn’t time For wrongs to become right My voice shakes like A silky web of raindrops under Vacant starless nights And wrongs can become right My voice shakes like A silky web of raindrops under Vacant starless nights

Thin Walls 03:26
Thin walls, thin halls Narrow walkways, narrow stalls Gray skies, say hello Take my, land below How much debt will they weigh on my shoulders? Time should never be spent, repaying in regret How much debt will they weigh by the boulder? Life should never be spent, dreaming under debt Cold doors, frozen floors Broken vessel, broken oars Rain clouds, welcome here Soothe my, growing fears How much debt will they lay on my shoulders? Time should never be spent, repaying in regret How much debt will they weigh by the boulder? Life should never be spent, dreaming under debt

Hold on, are there are roles I can play to help you find your faith? It seems every dream you live causes brand new fears to accumulate How is it possible darkness blinds you in the sunlight Your gentle nature betrays you, somethings always hunting you Don’t be prey Won’t you find a way To rise up high Leave those shadows behind Your freedom hangs in the balance and life seems corrupt This is hypothetical but maybe you should learn to live with just enough? Yes you’ll have to make due with different forms of pleasure and rebellion Should you choose to blaze ahead, too fast, too hard, you just won’t last Don’t be prey I’ll help you find a way To rise up high Leave those shadows behind Don’t be prey I’ll help you find a way If anyone calls Just leave them all behind Leave them behind in the blue It is I alone who will protect you

I happen to be standing by my own opinions, all of the time If this way of living continues to reveal it’s sore points, I’ll have to leave Again my heartbeat fades, a little more stress, a little less energy, that’s the trade I happen to be degrading in my own dominion of silence What do I have to become to take away this pressure All the time I could give just never measured up If I pushed any harder I would crumble from the effort What more can I deliver before I just give up But that’s the trade You and I have made Are you willing to begin defining a mental uprising of your personal views Your only way of healing your anxious feelings requires wearing me down Other methods exist to quiet the dangers in your field view But you happen to be caught in a nightmare of hurting me too What do I have to become to take away this pressure All the time I could give just never measured up If I pushed any harder I would crumble from the effort What more can I deliver before I just give up But that’s the trade You and I have made

Letting Go 03:37
Letting go, it’s easier Than renewing a love that’s fading out We could walk away now If we fight our fires will burn us down I still need your eyes Though life seems divided and rarely united Don’t let go this soon I will be there to stay side by side with you I will wait where the sky is blue And hold my hand out to you Come beside me and feel true Letting go will only make you blue Climb over the wall again Down here there’s nothing but blame with no end Between us stand several miles Pressure changes personas to turn wild I still want you there Though affection is rare, an occasional whim you share Don’t let go so soon I will be there to stay side by side with you I will wait where the sky is blue And hold my hand out to you Come beside me and feel true I will wait for you

Just Tell Me 03:18
Tell me how you are I can feel your pain from afar Cause you’ve been running this way For a real long time But you still hesitate… To put your eyes on me This is your chance to be free You could wait another day Or let me help you break away Just tell me how you feel So we know we both found something We do agree is real Just tell me how you feel Tell me how you are tonight Are you too far gone to reply To the message I placed in your right hand I’m sure your heart wants to take it’s stand So put your eyes on me This is your chance to be free You could wait for one more day Or I can help you find a way Just tell me how you feel So we know we both found something We do agree is real Just tell me how you feel

How hard could it be to find Somebody close to me The world is filled with people Yet where is the one I seek? Whether they also think of a day For them and me To learn each other’s ways But that day has not yet come to be reality How hard could it be to find A mind so wide and deep The world is filled with avenues Yet, I’ve lived years on the same street Whether they also hoped for a way To find a friend who plans to be Waiting at the other end of the same frequency Future remains to be seen… It’s just my fantasy… How hard could it be To reach? How hard could it be to climb The trail that winds toward them Are they hidden high in mountain rocks? Will I meet them if I reach the top? Whether they also searched in vain So our minds could meet and turn the page But it’s such a fragile time for me Don’t you see? The future remains to be seen… It’s just my fantasy…. How hard could it be To me?

It’s just that kind of phase The sort of mood that makes an empire crumble It’s pretty clear to me that the outside’s calm But you’re breathing and breathing To keep it all under the pain When no one comes by to get you untied Try flying back to the ways you knew By the end of night you’ll be pleading and pleading That you won’t be alone, when the sunlight fades and you’re lying awake And they hand you a thorn covered rose, to soften your pride and help you recognize That love threw you a stone, you should’ve tossed back, instead you fell under attack There’s not a reason to drive, down the same road, yet you broke your own heart twice It’s just another wave Dig your heels in the sand and let it roll by Although you’ve stood high for years The salt sea breeze just stings your ear Keep pretending under the pain As love glides and drifts farther away Try flying back to you By the end of night you’ll be pleading and pleading That you won’t be alone, when the sunlight fades and you’re lying awake And they hand you a thorn covered rose, to prick at your pride and help you recognize That love threw you a stone, you should’ve tossed back, instead you fell under into a trap There’s not a reason to drive, down the same road, yet you broke You broke your own heart twice

I scattered flowers, For many hours By an inland sea, They looked so free And here I watch the bay, Gently it does not betray My heavy mind, Maybe this time If I can find resolve, Where the shore dissolves These salty waves, Like ghosts they fade Rushing right through, Gray gravel grooves Flooding out to sea, Leaving me to be with me Rain speckled evening, It found me softly breathing Pressed down by misery, Oh how I can’t sleep A grayness chills my mind Soon understanding fills my eyes With hints of what could be, Waiting there for me If I can find resolve, Where the shore dissolves These salty waves, Like ghosts they fade Rushing right through, Gray gravel grooves Heading out to sea, Leaving me to be with me

Ocean Child 03:01
Forever I will be the ocean child Walking with pocketfuls of unpolished stones Taking time as if I had an endless supply Never reaching a solution, I linger by the tide Somehow hoping a change Swells up like thick waves Tomorrow calls my name but it’s here I have to wait and wait Drifting in the wild I am the ocean child Eternally I chase the forest child His love takes the form of fruiting spring He only sings to hidden things He can’t find a way to catch my eyes Never finding a solution He has faded from my sight Somehow he hopes for change To come down like a rain Tomorrow calls his name but it’s there he has to wait and wait Drifting in the wild He is the forest child And we are separated by these endless miles
